Regulations Governing the Administrative Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Article 14
The Department of International Information Services shall be responsible for the following:1. Promote, supervise, and evaluate foreign media affairs2. Promote foreign media exchanges and cooperation3. Compile and analyze data on international public opinion4. Produce, distribute, and utilize audiovisual and textual information for international consumption5. Provide services to foreign media stationed in Taiwan and visiting journalists6. Other affairs pertaining to international information services

國際傳播司掌理事項如下：
一、國際新聞傳播業務之推動、督導及考核。
二、國際新聞交流及合作事項之推動。
三、國際輿情之彙報研析。
四、國際傳播視聽與文字資料之製作、發行及運用。
五、國際媒體駐華記者之新聞服務及訪華記者之接待。
六、其他有關國際傳播事項。
