Fee-Charging Standards for Employment Gold Cards, Employment Pass Cards and Entrepreneur Visas Article 5
The total fees charged for an Entrepreneur Visa are as follows:1. Overseas applications by foreign nationals:a. Subjects of a special handling fee shall be charged the special handling fee plus the following fee: NT$2,000 per card.b. Other applicants: NT$4,200 per card.2. Domestic applications by foreign nationals:a. Subjects of a special handling fee shall be charged the special handling fee plus the following fee: NT$2,800 per card.b. Other applicants: NT$5,000 per card.3. Residents of Hong Kong or Macau: NT$2,600 per card.For extension of an Entrepreneur Visa as referred to in preceding subparagraphs 1 and 2, paragraph 1, the fee charged for each year of extension is NT$1,000, and each extension may not exceed two years; extensions for less than one year shall be charged as extensions for one year. For extension of an Entrepreneur Visa as referred to in paragraph 1 subparagraph 3, the fee is NT$300.

創業家簽證規費，合計收費如下：
一、外國人未入國申請：
（一）特別處理費徵收對象，應收取特別處理費及下列費額：每件新臺幣二千元。
（二）前目以外申請人：每件新臺幣四千二百元。
二、外國人已入國申請：
（一）特別處理費徵收對象，應收取特別處理費及下列費額：每件新臺幣二千八百元。
（二）前目以外申請人：每件新臺幣五千元。
三、香港或澳門居民：每件新臺幣二千六百元。
前項第一款及第二款創業家簽證之延期，每一年效期收費新臺幣一千元，每次展延不得逾二年；延期未滿一年者，依一年效期收費。
前項第三款創業家簽證之延期，收費新臺幣三百元。
