Fee-Charging Standards for Employment Gold Cards, Employment Pass Cards and Entrepreneur Visas Article 3
When foreign professionals apply for an Employment Pass Card, foreign nationals apply for an Entrepreneur Visa and an Alien Resident Certificate, and residents of Hong Kong or Macau apply for an Resident and Entry-Exit Permit in the Taiwan Area(the term “Entrepreneur Visa” below indicates an Entrepreneur Visa, an Alien Resident Certificate, and a Resident and Entry-Exit Permit in the Taiwan Area), the fees charged for their resident visa, work permit, Alien Resident Certificate, re-entry permit, and Resident and Entry-Exit Permit in the Taiwan Area shall be in accordance with the applicable fee-charging standards prescribed by the relevant competent authorities.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Education may mandate the National Immigration Agency of the Ministry of the Interior to collect the fees charged for resident visas and work permits as referred to in the preceding paragraph.

外籍專業人士申請就業PASS卡與外國人、香港或澳門居民申請創業家簽證及外僑居留證或臺灣地區居留入出境證（以下合稱創業家簽證），其居留簽證、聘僱工作許可、外僑居留證、重入國許可及臺灣地區居留入出境證之規費收費數額，依各相關業務主管機關所定收費標準規定辦理。
外交部、勞動部及教育部得委託內政部移民署辦理前項居留簽證及聘僱工作許可之規費徵收業務。
