If a company that provides immigration services intends to set up a branch office, it must submit the following documents to the NIA for future reference after completing the registration of the branch office in accordance with applicable laws and regulations:1.Minutes of the board of directors' meeting or shareholders' approval letter;2.Proof of branch office registration.
