The Temporary Entry Permit Regulations for Foreigners are enacted in accordance with Article 19, subparagraph 2 of the Immigration Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Regulations”).

本辦法依入出國及移民法（以下簡稱本法）第十九條第二項規定訂定之。
