The Fee-Charging Standards for Application of Automatic Immigration Clearance System Article 2
An alien who enter Taiwan area for temporary visit can apply Automatic Immigration Clearance System under the Treaty/Agreement, each application shall be charged 3,000 NTD and given 5 years of validity, with the exception of the principle of reciprocity may waive, deduct, or suspend the application fee.An alien as defined foreign national, person of the Mainland area, or resident of Macau or Hong Kong.

外來人口進入臺灣地區停留者，依條約或協定申請入出國自動查驗通關系統，每件每五年效期新臺幣三千元。
但基於互惠原則，得免徵、減徵或停徵申請費用。
