Regulations Governing Inspection Visits and Information Registration Article 3
An inspection visit shall be conducted during the daytime. Nevertheless, under the following conditions, the visit may be conducted during nighttime and the execution of such visit shall cease by the hour of 22:00:1.With approval from the subject of the inspection visit, a resident of the residence, or a representative of the subject.2.A visit executed during the daytime may be processed until nighttime upon the subject’s approval.

執行查察應於日間為之。
但有下列情形之一者，得於夜間為之，並應於二十二時停止執行：
一、經該受查察人、住（居）所之住居人或可為其代表之人承諾。
二、日間已開始執行查察者，經受查察人同意繼續至夜間。
