Regulations Governing Immigration Inspection and Data Collection and Utilization Article 25
The NIA may exchange the personal data of entry/exit passenger(s) with other states or areas. The categorization, scope, retention periods and use of the data shall abide by the laws and regulations of bilateral or multilateral agreements.
