Regulations Governing Immigration Inspection and Data Collection and Utilization Article 20
Based on the purpose of entry/exit control management, the NIA may collect, use and store personal data permanently.The NIA shall assign designated personnel to be responsible for security management and protection when personal data are being processed and transferred.
