Regulations Governing Immigration Inspection and Data Collection and Utilization Article 16
A NWHR crew member of a deep sea fishing vessel shall carry the following documents for inspection by the NIA when entering or exiting the State:1. A valid passport or vessel crew book;2. The crew list of entry into and exit from the state.

在臺灣地區設有戶籍之我國國籍遠洋漁船船員，隨任職之我國國籍漁船出海作業或返國，應備下列證件，經移民署查驗相符後出國或入國：

二、漁民出港名冊或漁民返港名冊。
