The competent authorities shall collect information concerning overseas warfare, epidemics, and anti-R.O.C. (Taiwan) national sentiment in overseas countries and regions, and timely publish the information for public reference.Immigration service organizations, shall dissuade nationals who plan to immigrate to the countries or regions under warfare, epidemics, or anti-R.O.C. (Taiwan) national sentiment.

主管機關應蒐集有關海外地區戰亂、瘟疫或排斥我國國民之國家或地區之訊息，並適時發布，提供有意移民者參考。
移民業務機構代辦國民計劃移居發生戰亂、瘟疫或排斥我國國民之國家或地區者，應事先勸告當事人。
