Immigration Act Article 60
A transnational marriage agency shall be obliged to accomplish inspecting and proving the content of the personal information provided by both parties who are to be matched and to keep confidential of the personal information. After both parties reach a written agreement, they are to provide personal information to each other integrally and reciprocally.The written agreement mentioned in the preceding Paragraph shall be made in the official language of the country where a party resides.
中文原文 入出國及移民法第60條
從事跨國（境）婚姻媒合者，對於受媒合雙方當事人所提供之個人資料，應善盡查證及保密之義務，並於經雙方當事人書面同意後，完整且對等提供對方。
前項所稱書面，應以受媒合當事人居住國之官方語言作成。
