Regulations Governing the Placement and Service of Victims and Suspected Victims of Human Trafficking Article 18
Personnel dispatched by judicial police (unit) to carry out the escort work for victims and suspected victims under these Regulations may present supporting documents to the NIA for reimbursement of the following expenses:1.Meal expenses for victims, suspected victims, and escort personnel: Limited to NT$100 per meal per person.2.Fuel expenses for escort work not conducted with official vehicles due to special circumstances: Calculated at NT$6 per kilometer, with a limit of NT$1,200 for a round trip.The expenses mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be budgeted and provided by the NIA.

司法警察機關（單位）派員執行本規則有關被害人及疑似被害人護送工作，得檢據向移民署覈實報支下列費用：
一、被害人、疑似被害人之餐費及護送人員之誤餐費：每名每餐以新臺幣一百元為限。
二、因特殊情事，非以公務車輛執行護送工作之油料費：以每公里新臺幣六元計算，往返以新臺幣一千二百元為限。
前項工作費用，由移民署編列預算支應。
一、被害人、疑似被害人之餐費及護送人員之誤餐費：每名每餐以新臺幣一百元為限。
二、因特殊情事，非以公務車輛執行護送工作之油料費：以每公里新臺幣六元計算，往返以新臺幣一千二百元為限。
前項工作費用，由移民署編列預算支應。
