Regulations Governing the Placement and Service of Victims and Suspected Victims of Human Trafficking Article 11
When victims or suspected victims need to testify or be questioned during the investigation or trial of a case, and there are facts sufficient to believe that their personal safety is at risk, institutional placement service facilities may request the judicial police agency (unit) that transferred the case to perform secure escort work.The judicial police agency (unit) shall not refuse the request in the preceding paragraph without proper justification.

被害人及疑似被害人於案件偵查、審理期間，須作證或接受詢（訊）問時，有事實足認其人身安全受有危害之虞者，機構式安置服務處所得請求移送案件之司法警察機關（單位）執行安全護送工作。
前項請求，移送案件之司法警察機關（單位）無正當理由不得拒絕。
