The purchase, import, transport and storage of the black powder and safety fuse for manufacturing professional pyrotechnic devices, establishment or change of magazine, and affairs of safety management, shall be governed by Industrial Explosives Administrative Act.The central competent authority shall entrust the central competent authority on industrial explosives to handle the affairs in the above section
中文原文 爆竹煙火管理條例第8條
供製造專業爆竹煙火使用之黑色火藥與導火索之購買、輸入、運輸、儲存、火藥庫之設置或變更及安全管理等事項，準用事業用爆炸物管理條例之規定。
前項所定事項，由中央主管機關委託事業用爆炸物中央主管機關辦理。
