Compensation Regulations for building improvements/building usage in radio waves blockage prevention areas Article 3
Pursuant to preceding article, if the negotiated building improvement or usage causes a loss to the builder, the builder may submit the following items to the MOI to apply for compensation.1. Compensation application form.2. A photocopy of ‘the notice’.3. Application form for a building permit.4. Title deed to the land.5. A location diagram for the building site.6. Floor plans and elevation drawings.The application in Subparagraph 1 of preceding paragraph shall contain the following items.1. The builder’s name, date of birth, national identity number, and address. If the builder is a legal entity or a group, its name, the location of its principal offices, and the name and address of its legal representative.2. If there exists an agent for the builder, the agent’s name, date of birth, national identity number, and address.3. Facts, reasons, amount, and justifications for the requested compensation.4. Proposal for building improvement (including post-improvement floor plans, elevation drawings, and the floor surface area for the affected floors) or specifications for how the top floor could be used for building transmitters .5. Date of compensation application.

依前條協商改善或使用致造成損失者，起造人得檢具下列文件，向內政部申請補償：
一、申請書。
二、內政部協商改善或使用建築物屋頂層架設電臺通知書影本。
三、建築許可申請書。
四、土地權利證明文件。
五、基地位置圖。
六、建築物之平面圖、立面圖。
前項第一款申請書應載明下列事項：
一、起造人姓名、出生年月日、國民身分證統一編號、住所或居所。
其為法人或其他團體者，其名稱、主事務所或主營業所及代表人之姓名、住所或居所。
二、有代理人者，其姓名、出生年月日、國民身分證統一編號、住所或居所。
三、請求補償之事實、理由、金額及依據。
四、改善方案（改善後建築物改善當層之平面圖、立面圖及改善之樓地板面積）或同意屋頂層架設電臺使用之內容。
五、申請日期。
一、申請書。
