Regulations for the Organization Procedure, Training Program, Drill and Service of the Voluntary Fire Fighters Article 21
The banner and service certificates of volunteer firefighting organizations shall be issued by the Fire Department.The service certificate format in the preceding Paragraph shall be determined by the agency.
