Enforcement Rules of Fire Services Act Article 13
Any claim for damages under Article 32 of the Act shall be made in writing and filed with the local regulating authorities.The local regulating authorities upon receiving the claim shall promptly negotiate with the claimant for settlement, which shall be made in a written agreement.

依本法第三十二條規定請求補償時，應以書面向當地直轄市、縣（市）主管機關請求之。
直轄市、縣（市）主管機關對於前項請求，應即與請求人進行協議，協議成立時，應作成協議書。
