Fire Services Act Article 26-1
Fire victims or stakeholders can apply to the competent authority for fire certificates or fire investigation information.The procedures, scope, qualification restrictions, necessary documents, review methods, period, and other matters to be complied with when applying for the fire certificate or fire investigation information mentioned above shall be determined by the central competent authority.

火災受害人或利害關係人得向主管機關申請火災證明或火災調查資料。
