Fire Services Act Article 23
(Control Area)Upon finding or being notified of any public hazardous material, or pressurized gas that appears to present risks of fire and/or explosion may specify the control area to limit entry of person and vehicle, prescribe mandatory evacuation; and may limit or restrict use of any ignition source.

直轄市、縣（市）消防機關，發現或獲知公共危險物品、高壓氣體等顯有發生火災、爆炸之虞時，得劃定警戒區，限制人車進入，強制疏散，並得限制或禁止該區使用火源。
