Fire Services Act Article 2
(Definition of Administrator)For the purpose of the Act, an “administrator” whenever appears in the Act, is referred to any person who has the right to exercise domination and control of the place in question either as duly conferred by the law or by contract; the managing director shall be the administrator in case of an incorporated body.
