Categories and Standards of Assistance for Windstorm, Earthquake, Fire, Explosion and Volcanic Disasters Article 7
The qualifications of the claimants relief assistance for the disaster are as follows:1. The claimant for the assistance for dead or missing victims shall be decided in accordance with the following priorities:(1) The spouse;(2) Lineal descendants by blood;(3) Parents;(4) Brothers and sisters;(5) Grandparents.2. Assistance for severely injured victims: The victim only.3. Assistance for relocation: The head or a member of the household.Claimant who intentionally causes death, missing or severe injury of himself (herself) or other people, or damages to his (her) or other people’s home and makes it uninhabitable, the person is not qualify to receive disaster relief assistance. Otherwise, the assistance shall be pursued and confiscated.

災害救助金具領人資格如下：
一、死亡或失蹤救助金，具領人依下列順序定之：
（一）配偶。
（二）直系血親卑親屬。
（三）父母。
（四）兄弟姊妹。
（五）祖父母。
二、重傷救助金：由本人領取。
三、安遷救助金：由受災戶戶長或現住人員領取。
因故意致自身或他人受災死亡、失蹤、重傷或住屋毀損達不堪居住程度者，該人不得具領災害救助金；已具領者，應予追繳。
一、死亡或失蹤救助金，具領人依下列順序定之：
