(Penalty on Violation of Requisition, Priority Use or Custody)Any of the following offenses shall be subject to a penal sum not less than NT$100,000 and not greater than NT$500,000:1. Violate Paragraph 5 of Article 30. That is, evade, hinder or reject agencies’ request of making any requisition, purchase or priority use as prescribed in Subparagraph 4, 5 or 8 of Paragraph 1 of the same article.2. Violate Paragraph 3 of Article 31. That is, evade, hinder or reject the requisition, purchase or custody request made by government at all tiers in accordance with Paragraph 1 of the same article.
