Standard for Installation of Fire Safety Devices based on Use and Occupancy Article 134
Broadcasting divisions in buildings equipped with emergency broadcasting equipments shall be allocated pursuant to the following provisions:1.Each division may not cover more than one floor.2.As for indoor safety stair or emergency stair, one broadcasting division shall be independently set for every 45m of vertical distance, and another broadcasting division for the underground proportion of the indoor safety stair or emergency stair.3.The overhead supporting construction of a building shall be treated as a broadcasting division where the volume of speaker meets the requirement.

裝設緊急廣播設備之建築物，依下列規定劃定廣播分區：
一、每一廣播分區不得超過一樓層。
二、室內安全梯或特別安全梯應垂直距離每四十五公尺單獨設定一廣播分區。
安全梯或特別安全梯之地下層部分，另設定一廣播分區。
三、建築物挑空構造部分，所設揚聲器音壓符合規定時，該部分得為一廣播分區。
