Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 44
Any container published by the central regulating authorities can not be used unless having been approved by inspection; professional laboratories or institute may be contracted to perform the inspection.The central regulating authorities shall specify criteria and items of inspection referred in the preceding paragraph herein.
