Police Personnel Management Act Article 37
Police personnel with special contributions or outstanding achievement are entitled to special leave; regulations regarding their deeds, the number of leave days, the approving agencies or academies, and other relevant matters shall be formulated and promulgated by the Ministry of the Interior and sent to the Ministry of Civil Service for reference.

警察人員有特別貢獻或特殊功績者，予以特別休假；其事蹟、日數、核定機關、學校及其他相關事項之辦法，由內政部訂定發布後，並送銓敘部備查。
