Police Personnel Management Act Article 37-2
Police organizations may offer monetary incentives to police officers and other personnel that aid in the conducting of police duties in order to boost morale and reward performance. The regulations governing their recipients, categories, conditions, procedures, and other relevant matters of the monetary incentives shall be formulated by the Executive Yuan.
