Firearms, Ammunition, and Knives Control Act Article 14

1. Manufacturing, selling, or transporting bladed weapons without permission shall be punished with imprisonment of not more than three years and a fine of not more than NT$1 million.2. Committing the crime mentioned in the preceding paragraph with the intent to provide for oneself or others for criminal use shall be punished with imprisonment of six months to five years, and a fine of not more than NT$3 million.3. Possessing or intending to sell and display bladed weapons without permission shall be punished with imprisonment of not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than NT$500,000.4. Attempted offenses under paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be punished.
