Pawnshop Act Article 24
When a pawnshop suspects the identity of the pledgor or the item to be pawned, it shall refuse to accept the item. It shall report it immediately to the nearby police authority.

當舖業收當物品時，如對持當人之身分或物品認有可疑時，除拒絕收當外，並應立即報告附近警察機關處理。
