Assembly and Parade Act Article 32
During an assembly or parade, if stewards unlawfully infringe upon the rights of others, the person in charge and the individual responsible for the actions shall bear joint and several liability for damages. However, if the individual responsible for the actions caused the damage though their own intentional conduct, they shall be solely responsible.

集會、遊行時，糾察員不法侵害他人之權利者，由負責人與行為人連帶負損害賠償責任。
