Assembly and Parade Act Article 12
The competent authority shall, within three days from the date of receiving the application, notify the person in charge in writing whether permission for the outdoor assembly or parade has been granted or denied.For applications made in accordance with the provisions of Article 9, paragraph 1, the competent authority shall, within twenty-four hours from the time of receiving the application, notify the person in charge in writing.If the competent authority fails to notify the person in charge within the time limits specified in the preceding two paragraphs, it shall be considered as permission granted.

室外集會、遊行申請之許可或不許可，主管機關應於收受申請書之日起三日內以書面通知負責人。
依第九條第一項但書之規定提出申請者，主管機關應於收受申請書之時起二十四小時內，以書面通知負責人。
