Assembly and Parade Act Article 1
This Act is enacted to protect people’s right to the freedom of assembly and parade, and to maintain social order.In cases where this law is not applicable, the provisions of other laws shall apply.

為保障人民集會、遊行之自由，維持社會秩序，特制定本法。
本法未規定者，適用其他法律之規定。
