Private Security Service Act Article 21
The local competent authority shall determine the fines in accordance with this Act.The fines, as prescribed in the preceding paragraph, shall be referred to court for compulsory enforcement if no payment has been made by the notified deadline.

依本法所處之罰鍰，由當地主管機關為之。
