Social Order Maintenance Act Article 87
Any of the following behaviors shall be punishable by a fine of not more than NTD18,000:1. Inflicting violence upon others.2. Fighting.3. Gathering people for the purpose of fighting.

有下列各款行為之一者，處新臺幣一萬八千元以下罰鍰：
一、加暴行於人者。
二、互相鬥毆者。
三、意圖鬥毆而聚眾者。
