Social Order Maintenance Act Article 78
People engaged in any of the following behaviors shall be punishable by a fine of not more than NTD15,000:1. Making a photocopy, a reduced copy or an enlarged copy of current banknotes, and circulating or selling them.2. Manufacturing, circulating, or selling counterfeit banknotes or coins.

有左列各款行為之一者，處新臺幣一萬五千元以下罰鍰：
一、影印、縮印、放大通用之紙幣，並散布或販賣者。
二、製造、散布或販賣通用紙幣、硬幣之仿製品者。
