Social Order Maintenance Act Article 75
People engaged in any of the following behaviors shall be punishable by a fine of not more than NTD 6,000:1. Manipulating street lights or traffic signs without authorization.2. Damaging street lights, traffic signs, roadside trees or other public facilities.

有左列各款行為之一者，處新臺幣六千元以下罰鍰：
一、擅自操縱路燈或交通號誌者。
二、毀損路燈、交通號誌、道旁樹木或其他公共設施者。
