Social Order Maintenance Act Article 66
People engaged in any of the following behaviors shall be punishable by-detention of not more than 3 days or a fine of not more than NTD 18,000:1. Smoking, sniffing or injecting hallucinogenic drugs other than opiate or narcotic drugs.2. Using another person’s identity or certificates.

有左列各款行為之一者，處三日以下拘留或新臺幣一萬八千元以下罰鍰：
