Social Order Maintenance Act Article 22
The following items shall be confiscated:1. Items obtained through the commission of an offense against this Act.2. Banned items.Items prescribed in the subparagraph 1 of the preceding paragraph are limited to those belonging to offenders while items prescribed in the subparagraph 2, whether belong to the offender or not, shall be confiscated.Goods used for commission of an offense shall be confiscated if they belong to the offender. Confiscation, however, shall conform to the principle of proportionality.

左列之物沒入之：
一、因違反本法行為所生或所得之物。
二、查禁物。
前項第一款沒入之物，以屬於行為人所有者為限；第二款之物，不問屬於行為人與否，沒入之。
供違反本法行為所用之物，以行為人所有者為限，得沒入之。
但沒入，應符合比例原則。
