Social Order Maintenance Act Article 18-1
The responsible persons, the epresentatives, employees or other staff of the company, limited partnership or business--anyone who in the performance of his occupation commits a criminal offense of Offense against Morality, Offenses against Freedom, Offenses against Privacy according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of China, or the Human Trafficking Prevention Act or the Communication Security and Surveillance Act, is liable to imprisonment or a more severe punishment; the company, limited partnership or business may face termination of the business.In situations of the preceding paragraph, where another law or regulation provides otherwise, such provisions shall govern.

公司、有限合夥或商業之負責人、代表人、受雇人或其他從業人員，因執行業務而犯刑法妨害風化罪、妨害自由罪、妨害秘密罪，或犯人口販運防制法、通訊保障及監察法之罪，經判決有期徒刑以上之刑者，得處該公司、有限合夥或商業勒令歇業。
前項情形，其他法律已有勒令歇業規定者，從其規定。
