Civil Defense Act Article 7
Persons meeting any of the following criteria may be exempted from participating in the organization of civil defense teams pending the approval of the competent authority:1. Those with physical or mental disability.2. Those whose health conditions makes them unfit for participation.3. Those with official obligations that make them unsuitable for participation.
