Civil Defense Act Article 31
This Act shall enter into force on the date determined by the Executive Yuan through an order.The amended provisions of this Law, except those announced and amended on May 5, 2004, shall come into effect on November 1, 2004, except as otherwise provided on the date of promulgation.
