Civil Defense Act Article 19
The competent authority shall refer to the market price and depreciation status when assessing the value of procured materials prior to the procurement.The assessed prices indicated in the preceding paragraph shall be paid upon delivery of the materials.

徵購之物資，應由主管機關於徵購前，參照市價及新舊程度計價評定之。
