Civil Defense Act Article 11

The right to apply for individual reimbursements under Article 9 shall expire if not exercised within 2 years from the date goes into effect, unless otherwise prescribed based on the position held by the group member.Rights to apply for reimbursement may not be transferred, countervailed, seized, or used to provide a guarantee.
