Construction Industry Act Article 33
Technical workers of certain kinds, percentage or number shall be assigned for the specific construction items of the works contracted by construction enterprises.The above-mentioned specific construction items as well as the kinds and percentage or number of technical workers shall be determined by the central competent authority jointly with the central regulating department of labor affairs.

營造業承攬之工程，其專業工程特定施工項目，應置一定種類、比率或人數之技術士。
前項專業工程特定施工項目及應置技術士之種類、比率或人數，由中央主管機關會同中央勞工主管機關定之。
