Wetland Conservation Act Article 13
The competent central government authority shall formulate National Wetland Conservation Guide, overall planning and promoting the strategy and mechanism for wetlands conservation, and submit it to the Executive Yuan pending future references and validation.The National Wetland Conservation Guide shall be reviewed at least once every five years.

中央主管機關應訂定國家濕地保育綱領，總體規劃與推動濕地之保育策略與機制，並報行政院備查。
