Fee-charging Standards of Green Building and Building Energy-Efficiency Label Article 2
Review fees and certificate fees shall be paid in accordance with the following regulations for the application of Green Building Label, Green Building Candidate Certificate, Building Energy-Efficiency Label and Building Energy-Efficiency Candidate Certificate:1. Review fees:(1) New application and extension of certification: NT$800 each.(2) Replacement and additional issue: NT$300 each.(3) English translated version: NT$800 each.(4) Building name modification: NT$100 each.2. Certificate fee: NT$200 each.The certificate fee will be refunded if the application be rejected or re-examination is not submitted within the time limit.

申請綠建築標章、候選綠建築證書、建築能效標示及候選建築能效證書，應依下列規定繳納審查費及證書費：
一、審查費：
（一）新申請及換發：每件新臺幣八百元。
（二）補發及加發：每件新臺幣三百元。
（三）英文譯本：每件新臺幣八百元。
（四）建築物名稱變更：每件新臺幣一百元。
二、證書費：每件新臺幣二百元。
申請經駁回或屆期未補正而退件者，退還證書費。
