Disposal, setting of burden or lease of more than 10 years executed by the authority to the lands are not subject to the limit of Article 25 of the Land Law.Where the lands or building ameliorants are leased under this Act, the rate of rent is not subject to the limit of Article 97 or Article 105 of the Land Law.
