New Town Development Act Article 22
To promote the introduction of population and industries, the authority may request financial institutions to provide long-term preferential loans, and may allocate special funds from the New Town Development Foundation.Provisions on the above-mentioned preferential loans shall be prescribed by the central authority.

主管機關為促進人口及產業之引進，得洽請金融機構提供長期優惠貸款，並得於新市鎮開發基金內指撥專款協助融資。
