New Town Development Act Article 1
This Act is enacted to develop new towns, promote the balance between regions and the healthy development of cities, induce the reasonable distribution of population and industrial activities, and improve the inhabitancy and living environment.For any affairs other than prescribed in this Act, other related laws shall apply.
