Regulation on Tendering Sale, Lease and Management of Dwelling Houses and Commercial, Industrial and Other Urban Service Facilities in New Towns. Article 1
This Regulation is enacted pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 12 of the New Town Development Act (hereinafter referred to “the Act”).
